#5. iPhone 6S/6S Plus
As always, the new iPhone releases are the most important part of each annual Apple release. As expected, Apple released the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus. The iPhone 6S will remain the same size of the iPhone 6 at 4.7 in. long and the 6S plus will remain the same length as the 6 Plus at 5.5 in. long. The phones will be slightly thicker than the previous version and will weigh slightly more. For the first time, iPhones will now be able to record in 4K at 30 fps. The processor will be upgraded to an A9 processor instead of an A8 (I have no idea what that means so figure it out for yourself). The iPhone 6S/6S Plus will also be available in rose gold for the first time. The most impressive new feature for the iPhone 6S/6S Plus is the new “3D touch.” The new 3D touch will allow the user to hold down on the iPhone’s screen to pull up new menus, activate shortcuts, and overall interact with the phone and its features in brand new ways. Expect to pay $199, $299, or $399 for a 16gb, 64gb, or 128gb, respectively.
