Captain8ball, a Reddit user took 3D printing to an entire new level. He wanted to create something unique for his trip to DragonCon this year. With the use of his 3D printer, many materials, and time, he created one of greatest Ironman costumes ever. The expenses for this project were in the range of $1,000-$2,000. Keep in mind that this is for the materials alone. The 3D printer that this giant costume was produced on costs quite a pretty penny. According to the response on Reddit it was worth every penny. The use of 21st century technology has enabled Captain8ball the opportunity to have the best Halloween costume in the history of technology.
