10. Real Estate Broker
Real estate has its ups and downs in the economy, but with a recovering U.S. economy, real estate is a booming business again. To work in real estate, all you need is a high school diploma and a real estate license. You only need to pass a state administered exam to get that license. Real estate is commission-based pay, so a real estate broker’s income can vary by hundreds of thousands of dollars, but a dedicated real estate broker with plenty of clients can easily make over $100,000 a year.
